As the light begins to return and the earth shifts into a new season, we invite you to pause and mark the moment with intention.
 
Join us for an evening of renewal led by Alli Steinke. Together, we’ll welcome spring with a grounding sound healing meditation, warm tea, guided journaling prompts, and the creation of your own custom Epsom salt bath soak infused with spring herbs; a small ritual you can carry home with you.
 
The equinox is a moment of balance, equal light and dark, reminding us that growth doesn’t happen by force, but by alignment.

Vision Board & Sound Healing Workshop

When was the last time you gave yourself full permission to dream again?

In the spirit of gentle renewal, you're invited to a restorative two-hour workshop at Armonía Life Design — a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with your vision for the year ahead.

We’ll begin with a calming sound meditation led by the wonderful Alli Steinke, using crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes to ease your nervous system, quiet the inner noise, and open your intuitive heart. From this grounded place, you’ll move into guided vision board creation — a chance to map out your intentions in a way that feels nourishing, not pressured.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want. This experience is about listening inward, honoring what comes forward, and creating from a place of clarity and peace.

What’s Included:

• Step-by-step vision board guidance with Donna

• All supplies provided (bring any personal photos or keepsakes you’d like to include)
