About Colleen

Hi, I’m Colleen Daugherty, a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA), trauma-certified therapist, and gerontologist. I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted find clarity, healing, and direction.

What To Expect In a Session With Me

Cost Per Session:
- Individuals: $175 for intake; $150 per session
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) session: $175
Payment:
We are a self-pay private practice that offers you immediate payment at time of service, conveniently via your HSA / FSA, credit or debit card on file. This ensures your utmost privacy in your wellness and medical counseling and mental health support needs.
Upon request, superbills can be provided for clients seeking potential reimbursement through their insurance. Please consult your insurance provider to confirm coverage options, including acceptance of services.
