Hi, I’m Alli Steinke a Registered Nurse (RN), certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), Reiki Master, and sound healing practitioner. My work blends science and soul to create safe, nurturing spaces for deep healing and restoration.

Whether you’re healing from trauma, seeking nervous system regulation, or simply longing for a supportive mind-body-spirit practice, I guide individuals with compassion, presence, and grounded expertise.

Through inclusive, trauma-informed yoga and powerful energetic practices like Reiki and sound healing, I help clients reconnect to their bodies, regulate their emotions, and awaken their inner wisdom. You don’t have to be “flexible” or experienced. You just need to be open to finding stillness, connection, and healing in a supportive space.
