In the spirit of gentle renewal, you're invited to a restorative two-hour workshop at Armonía Life Design — a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with your vision for the year ahead.

We’ll begin with a calming sound meditation led by the wonderful Alli Steinke, using crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes to ease your nervous system, quiet the inner noise, and open your intuitive heart. From this grounded place, you’ll move into guided vision board creation — a chance to map out your intentions in a way that feels nourishing, not pressured.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want. This experience is about listening inward, honoring what comes forward, and creating from a place of clarity and peace.
